Usage Guidelines:

Position the bulb at least 15″ away from your reptile. For optimal effect, install it on either the far left or right side of the enclosure to establish a light gradient. In terrestrial setups, the UVB bulb should cover roughly half the length of the enclosure.

Note that placing the bulb over a mesh top decreases UVB output by about 30%.

Replace the bulb annually to ensure consistent performance.

For accurate UVB measurement, we recommend using a Solarmeter 6.5 to check output at the exact distance between the bulb and your reptile, preventing under- or overexposure.
