Shipping:

• Orders placed for Bulk Feeders before 12:00 pm EST will ship the same day Monday-Wednesday for Home Delivery or Hub Delivery.
• Due to increased shipping costs all orders shipping to California will be charged $24.99 for shipping

For Home Delivery:

• Orders shipping Monday-Wednesday will ship FedEx or UPS 2-day or Ground.

For Hub Delivery:

• Orders will only ship Monday-Wednesday via FedEx or UPS 2-day.

Tracking:

• Bulk Feeder Insects will shipseparately from the rest of your order.
• Tracking information for your insects will be sent separately as well.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

• Someone must be at the delivery address forour live-arrival guarantee.
• You must let us know of any issues within 1 hour of delivery of your insects if there are any issues.
